Postage and Packaging

All orders are dispatched from our high street shop in Leeds, ensuring quick processing and delivery.

• Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed between 12 noon on Friday and 8:30 am on Monday will be dispatched on Monday morning.
• Urgent Orders: If you need something a little quicker, drop us an email to info@northhome.co and we'll do our utmost to get it to you.
• Delivery Method: We send all standard orders via 1st class with Royal Mail. While delivery is usually next day, please allow up to 3 days for delivery. During Bank Holidays or the Festive Season, delivery may take longer.
• Standard Orders: Standard orders include in-stock items and exclude larger furniture or personalized items.
• Out of Stock Items: If an item is not in stock or does not meet our quality standards during packing, we will promptly contact you with options and solutions.

• Handmade Items Disclaimer: Please note that most of our range consists of handmade and crafted items. Variations in form and colour from website images are expected. Contact us at shop@northhome.co to request images of in-stock items whenever possible.
